Responsibilities include overseeing preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on building and equipment systems, managing budgets, and coordinating small-scale capital projects. Must have strong leadership, hands-on technical skills in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and piping systems, and experience managing remote teams. Key duties involve troubleshooting, equipment repairs, safety compliance, and record keeping. Requires at least five years of management and technical experience, proficiency in MS Office and maintenance systems, and excellent communication skills.
