Maintenance Technician - Weekend Nights (Electromechanical)
Location: Ripon, WI (On-site) Shift: Weekend Nights | Friday – Sunday | 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM (3x12-hour shifts) Compensation: Base (DOE) + $3.25/hr Shift Differential

Your Impact
As an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be the backbone of our production efficiency. You will:
- Maintain & Repair: Use precision tools to service complex machinery, motors, and conveyor systems based on technical manuals and diagrams.
- Troubleshoot: Act as the subject matter expert for advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems, resolving mechanical failures to minimize downtime.
- Technical Integration: Utilize a CMMS to create/manage work orders and analyze machine data to identify performance trends.
- Fabricate: Support maintenance activities through welding and custom equipment preparation.
- Safety First: Conduct regular technical testing to ensure all machinery meets rigorous safety and efficiency standards.
What You Bring
- Education: An Associate degree (preferred) or equivalent technical certification.
- Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on electromechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skillset: Proven expertise in troubleshooting motors, pumps, and fluid-power systems (hydraulics/pneumatics).
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computers for parts searching and CMMS data entry.
- Welding: Competency in welding to support fabrication and repair tasks.
- Physical Readiness: Ability to stand for long periods, lift a minimum of 50 lbs, and pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
