What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
- Expert Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex production machinery, including advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motors, pumps, and conveyor systems.
- Mechanical Maintenance: Use precision measuring instruments and hand/power tools to maintain equipment according to diagrams, manuals, and manufacturer specifications.
- Data-Driven Performance: Collect and analyze machine operation data to identify trends, recommend downtime reduction strategies, and manage work orders through our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Equipment Preparation: Lead the setup and technical testing of new machinery to ensure full operational safety and efficiency.
- Fabrication: Perform welding and mechanical repairs as needed to support ongoing maintenance activities.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Education: Associate degree (Two-year) in Electromechanical Technology or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Technical Skills: Expert-level ability to read technical diagrams and troubleshoot electromechanical systems.
- Computer Proficiency: Ability to utilize CMMS software for part searches and work order management.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, stoop, bend, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Compliance: Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
