Industrial Maintenance Technician (Electromechanical)
Location: Ripon, WI
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday – Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Enjoy a 3-Day Weekend!)
Compensation: Base + $3.25/hr Shift Differential
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 upon successful hire

The Role
As an Electromechanical Technician, you will be the backbone of our production efficiency. You will design, test, and troubleshoot complex electrical, PLC, and electronic control circuits while maintaining the hydraulic and pneumatic systems that power our operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical & PLC Support: Troubleshoot, design, and test electrical/electronic circuits and PLC control systems.
- Installation: Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to install controls, panels, breakers, conduit, motors, and transformers.
- System Maintenance: Perform repairs on hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and manage water/power distribution systems.
- Mechanical Repair: Dismantle machinery to replace defective parts (brushes, armatures, etc.) and perform routine mechanical maintenance.
- Documentation: Utilize a CMMS to search for parts and enter work orders accurately.
- Leadership: Assist in directing the work of lower-classification technicians as needed.
Requirements
- Education: A 2-year Associate Degree (Technical, Industrial, or Electromechanical focus) is required.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on electromechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Technical Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot PLC circuits and read complex electrical schematics.
- Computer Literacy: Ability to navigate CMMS software for part searches and work logs.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, stoop, bend, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Pre-Employment: Must pass a drug screen, background check, and physical evaluation.
