Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Peachtree City, GA | Industry: Construction Materials Manufacturing
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our growing manufacturing team. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing mechanical and electrical systems to maximize facility uptime and efficiency.
Compensation & SchedulePay Range: $33 – $40/hr (Based on technical skill level as assessed on written assessment during interview). These are 12-hour shifts; the company offers time-and-a-half pay for each of the 4 final hours of each 12-hour hour shift worked and double pay on weekend shifts. Great pay.
Shift: 12-hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation (7p-7a). May need to train on 1st shift.

Electrical & Automation
Troubleshoot and diagnose 3-phase power systems (up to 480V).
Maintain and repair controls including VFDs, Solenoids, and Servos.
Service field devices: Limit switches, proximity switches, and level probes.
Utilize diagnostic tools: Megger meters, multi-meters, and thermal imagers.
Perform rigid conduit bending and installation.
Mechanical & Preventative Maintenance
Repair and maintain pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machinery.
Utilize precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) to inspect and adjust parts.
Dismantle and repair equipment using hoists, cranes, and power tools.
Fabricate replacement parts using machine shop equipment.
Systems & Documentation
Document all work orders and notifications within the SAP CMMS system.
Maintain and update schematics, wiring diagrams, and SOPs.
Manage parts inventory and assist in creating Equipment Ledgers/BOMs.
Education & Experience
Minimum: High School Diploma/GED with 5–10 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Preferred: AS/AAS in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or Industrial Systems with 3+ years experience.
