Industrial Maintenance Technician

We're looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team! If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, working with your hands, and keeping production running efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Replace motors, bearings, belts, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, and other machine components
• Read basic mechanical and electrical drawings/schematics
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
• Work with production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience troubleshooting industrial machinery

• Knowledge of:- Mechanical systems

  • Pneumatics
  • Hydraulics
  • Motors & gearboxes
  • Conveyors
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting

• Ability to use common hand and power tools

• Strong problem-solving skills

• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus, but not required

• Welding or fabrication experience is a plus
