This role is a launchpad. You'll work alongside our technicians, get hands-on training on real industrial equipment, and have a clear path to take on more responsibility as your skills grow. Prior maintenance experience is a bonus - what matters most is how you think, work, and show up.
What You'll Do
- Learn and perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial machinery and facility systems
- Work alongside senior technicians to diagnose and fix equipment issues, building your skills with every job
- Help spot small problems before they become big ones through routine inspections
- Respond to breakdowns and help get equipment back online quickly and safely
- Support installation and upgrade projects, gaining exposure to new systems and technology
- Keep clear, accurate maintenance records
- Follow safety protocols and contribute ideas for doing things better
Requirements: What You Bring

- Any mechanical, electrical, or technical experience (school, hobbies, prior jobs, military) is a plus - but not required
