What You'll Do
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
Read equipment manuals and manufacturing prints to complete repairs accurately
Document maintenance activities and completed work
Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies
Support production operations to minimize downtime
Assist with additional maintenance tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For
High School diploma or GED required
2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
Mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance background a plus
Ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Basic computer and documentation skills
Valid driver's license required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Manufacturing environment with moderate noise
Standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Use of hand tools, power tools, forklifts, manlifts, and other equipment
Repetitive tasks and hands-on technical work throughout the shift
