Job Requirements
Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience. Technical school or formal training is preferred.
Certifications: Ability to achieve crane and forklift certifications; required attendance at safety and compliance training (e.g., overhead crane inspection, NFPA Arc Flash, electrical safety).
Technical Skills: Preferred knowledge of 110V, 200V, 277V, and 480V electrical circuits, as well as VFDs.
Core Competencies: Strong commitment to safety, effective verbal communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, organizational skills, and team collaboration.
Availability: Dependability and flexibility to work 3rd shift and rotating schedules.
Core Responsibilities
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose, tear down, repair, and reassemble mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical machinery, including wiring and conduit upgrades.
Part Fabrication: Design, machine, and fabricate specialty parts for repairs when standard replacements are unavailable.
Equipment & Tool Operation: Utilize grinders, drill presses, hand/power tools, electrical gauges, and material handling devices while strictly adhering to safety rules and quality standards.
Safety & Compliance: Initiate, lead, and uphold all workplace safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards.

Compensation and Benefits
