**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and robotics to secure operational readiness and reduce downtime.
- Address and resolve issues across hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Manage mold installations, alignment, and calibration to facilitate efficient production processes.
- Oversee maintenance of facility systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and hydraulic infrastructures.
- Develop and adhere to maintenance schedules.
- Manage spare parts inventory to ensure seamless production support.
- Keep comprehensive maintenance logs and collaborate effectively with production teams to enhance equipment efficiency.
- Uphold stringent safety and environmental standards, fostering a secure work environment.
- Exhibit commitment and a proactive attitude in all maintenance tasks.
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in maintaining injection molding equipment.
- Prior experience as a maintenance, electronics, or robotics technician; preference for injection molding knowledge.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Proven track record of reliability and dedication to plant success.
- Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting prowess.
- Competency in PLCs, hydraulics, robotics, and essential building systems.
- Ability to work effectively with varying voltage levels up to 480VAC 3-phase power.
- Demonstrated initiative and capacity to operate with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work extended hours when required, ensuring on-time project completion.
- Physical capability to handle moderate lifting requirements.
- Must possess a collaborative attitude and punctuality.
