The Industrial Maintenance Development Program is a full-time opportunity for an entry-level maintenance position made available to trade or technical program graduates who major in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electro-Mechanical, and other Industrial Maintenance programs.
The program is designed to build a strong "bench" of multi-craft talent across our organization. Over 18 to 24 months, participants will complete a series of 6- to 8-month rotations within several ELLWOOD Business Units across their region.
