2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Bring Your Tools & Talent

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Day in the Life: Industrial Maintenance Technician

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical production equipment
• Diagnose equipment issues, replace defective parts, and perform machine adjustments to restore proper operation
• Install, overhaul, wire, and maintain motors, relays, circuit breakers, alarms, communication systems, and machine controls
• Coordinate machine setup, repairs, and preventative maintenance schedules with supervisors and production teams
• Monitor gauges, dials, and equipment indicators to ensure production standards are met
• Inspect machinery, materials, and products to identify defects or malfunctions
• Maintain and enforce all machine safety devices and procedures
• Work collaboratively with Production Managers, Supervisors, and other departments to support operational goals
