Schedule
- 3rd Shift:6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- 2-2-3 rotating schedule(built-in overtime opportunities)
- Training:1st shift for 4–6 months
What You’ll Do
- Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
- Troubleshoot and repair systems including pumps, HVAC, boilers, chillers, and production equipment
- Complete preventive maintenance using a CMMS system to minimize downtime
- Install and support new equipment within your skill set
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to solve problems and improve processes
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and lifts as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of maintenance experience with strong mechanical skills
- 3+ years of electrical experience
- Experience working with pumps and industrial systems
- Familiarity with CMMS and preventive maintenance programs
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with pipefitting, machining, or metal fabrication
- Knowledge of boilers, chillers, compressors, and process controls
- Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics and pneumatic systems
- Refrigeration certification
Physical & Work Environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently (100+ lbs. with assistance)
- Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and around industrial equipment
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing
- Work in an industrial environment with proper PPE and safety standards
