We're looking for Maintenance Technicians who enjoy solving problems, working with their hands, and keeping production equipment running. This is a hands-on role supporting manufacturing equipment, facility systems, and plant operations. Every day is different, and you'll be relied on to diagnose issues, make repairs, and help prevent downtime.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Diagnose equipment failures and get machines back up and running
Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and technical drawings
Install, repair, and troubleshoot electrical components and controls
Rebuild mechanical components including gearboxes and powertrain systems
Perform facility maintenance and repairs as needed
Complete plumbing repairs involving valves, fittings, piping, and soldering
Perform welding and fabrication work including MIG, TIG, Stick, and brazing
Safely operate forklifts, lifts, cranes, and rigging equipment
Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime and improve reliability
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Experience working in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or similar environments
Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot electrical systems
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, and controls
Welding and fabrication experience is highly preferred
Experience with PLCs is a plus
Comfortable working on both equipment and facility-related maintenance projects
Ability to work independently and take ownership of repairs
Single-phase and three-phase electrical systems
10V-480V AC/DC systems
PLC troubleshooting
Gearbox rebuilds
HVAC troubleshooting
Industrial maintenance
Manufacturing equipment repair
Forklift, man-lift, crane, or rigging experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and work in tight spaces
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
$28.00 - $40.00 per hour depending on experience
