Position Summary

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving industrial equipment and systems in a safe and efficient manner. This role supports plant operations by minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Install, maintain, and repair conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and production equipment
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and lockout/tagout requirements
• Work collaboratively with operations and leadership teams to improve equipment performance
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Mobile equipment experience, pipe fitting, industrial cleaning, and experience with maintenance on industrial processing equipment
• Welding experience (certification not needed)
• Basic electrical knowledge and experience working with industrial systems a plus
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Willingness to work overtime and ability to travel for extended periods of time

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work in industrial environments for extended periods
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
