Job Summary
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be the backbone of Rangeview's physical infrastructure and operational uptime. You will support the maintenance, repair, and buildout of our factory environment, utility systems, facility infrastructure, and production equipment.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can diagnose problems, move quickly, and keep a production environment running. You will work across facility systems, industrial equipment, utilities, and factory infrastructure to minimize downtime and support Rangeview's transition into higher-volume production.

Responsibilities
Execute routine inspections and maintenance on facility systems, including HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, electrical distribution, utilities, and general facility infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment, automated machinery, and facility systems to minimize operational downtime.
Assist with installation of new production equipment, workstations, utility connections, and factory infrastructure as Rangeview scales.
Document maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and equipment issues to support accurate recordkeeping.
Maintain facility-wide safety standards, including emergency lighting, eyewash stations, first aid kits, and similar safety-related systems.
Identify recurring equipment or facility problems and recommend practical improvements.
Coordinate with engineering, production, leadership, and outside vendors to resolve maintenance and facility issues quickly.
Support preventive maintenance execution and help improve maintenance processes as the factory grows.
Minimum Qualifications
Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Experience supporting facility systems such as HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, utilities, or electrical distribution.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, floor plans, mechanical drawings, technical manuals, and equipment documentation.
Strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
Ability to communicate technical facility or equipment issues clearly with engineering, production, leadership, and outside vendors.
Experience with Lockout/Tagout and general industrial safety protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic understanding of PLCs, industrial controllers, sensors, motors, pumps, conveyors, compressed air systems, or automated equipment.
Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, mobile maintenance platforms, or task-tracking systems.
Experience supporting new equipment installations, production equipment moves, or factory buildouts.
Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, aerial man-lifts, or similar industrial equipment.
Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, automotive, food production, distribution, packaging, or factory environment.
Additional Requirements
Must be able to work full-time on-site in El Segundo, CA.
Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to support urgent repairs, facility projects, equipment installs, or production needs.
Must be comfortable standing for long periods, climbing ladders, crawling in confined spaces, bending, stretching, and working around industrial equipment.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
Must follow all safety protocols and maintain awareness when working around active production environments.
