LINK Staffing is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Stafford, TX. This role is a good fit for someone with hands-on industrial maintenance experience who can troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment, work with PLCs and drives, and support production equipment repairs.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and electrical control circuits
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and help get production equipment running safely
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery
• Inspect, test, adjust, replace, and reassemble equipment components
• Modify or upgrade equipment to meet production needs
• Order parts and supplies needed for maintenance work
• Support maintenance coverage for production operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 5 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience
• Experience working with PLCs and drives
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment operation
• Basic math skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Must have your own tools
• Able to lift, push, and pull at least 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, kneel, reach, and sit as needed during the shift
• Electrician license or certification is a plus
• Trade-related training or certification is a plus
