5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
Strong hands-on experience with mechanical systems, electrical components, and equipment troubleshooting and repair
Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements
Proven leadership abilities with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing maintenance schedules, inventory, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Associate’s degree in industrial maintenance or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Lead daily maintenance activities while actively performing troubleshooting, repair, and upkeep on production equipment and facility systems
Oversee and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
Manage maintenance inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships to ensure timely availability of critical parts and services
Support safety initiatives, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and participate in training and documentation processes
Coordinate maintenance and compliance for company vehicles, forklifts, and related equipment, including scheduling and inspections
Assist with facility improvements, equipment upgrades, and cross-functional projects that enhance operational efficiency

The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience along with the ability to lead by example on the shop floor.
