Job Summary

We are looking for someone that loves to work with their hands and troubleshoot machines when they break down. The position for Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for supporting production by maintaining operation of machinery and mechanical equipment along with experience on automated equipment. Troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical systems in order to maintain and repair equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete daily preventative maintenance and daily tasks.
  • Read and understand mechanical and electrical diagrams and technical repair manuals.
  • Able to diagnose and troubleshoot automated equipment.
  • Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment.
  • Installing pneumatic and hydraulic systems, control valves, etc.
  • Basic understanding of Programmable Logic Controls.
  • Work order completion.
  • Apply knowledge of occupational hazards and necessary safety precautions applicable to maintenance work.
  • Operate lifts and material handling tools as needed.
  • Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment as needed.
  • Able to adapt to a fast paced work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
