Our client is a growing material conversion company looking to add a Maintenance Mechanic to its team. Someone in this role will be asked to maintain, troubleshoot, and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues while performing preventative maintenance.
* Maintain and repair equipment including slitters, sewing machines, presses, forklifts, and internally developed machinery
* Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues affecting production equipment
* Perform preventative maintenance on key machinery
* Inspect equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and reliable operation
* 4+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
* Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
* Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment
* Familiarity with motors, belts, drives, and pneumatic systems
