**A manufacturing facility in Indianapolis is hiring a 3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Junior Technician to their team!
Pay/Benefits:
- Up to $32/hour

Schedule:
- 2-2-3 rotating schedule (24/7, 365 facility-know your schedule for the whole year!)
- 7:00pm-7:00am
Requirements:
- Maintain and repair production equipment and facility systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and assist senior tech's with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical (480 3 phase), pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Assist with installation and modification of equipment
- Execute routine maintenance during scheduled downtime
- Maintain accurate records in the maintenance system (CMMS)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- self starter, ability to take direction and ownership of tasks
- Vocational training in Industrial Maintenance
or
2+ years of related experience
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Forklift or lift equipment experience preferred
- Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Industrial environment with noise and non-climate-controlled conditions
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and climb ladders, bend, twist etc.
