Oxford Solutions is working with a growing manufacturing operation to hire an Industrial Maintenance Electrician for a direct hire opportunity. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, working independently, and supporting a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain and repair electrical systems and production equipment
Troubleshoot issues with motors, control panels, and 3-phase systems
Install and modify wiring, conduit, and electrical components
Assist with PLC-controlled equipment and VFD troubleshooting
Follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout
Document maintenance activities and support uptime across the facility
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Experience in industrial electrical maintenance within manufacturing
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
Experience working with electrical systems up to 600V
Ability to use basic diagnostic tools such as a multimeter
Comfortable working in a plant environment and performing physical tasks
Preferred
Electrical trade school or journeyman certification
