Industrial Machinery Integration Specialist — Automation & Material Handling
Grand Ledge, MI | Roberts Sinto Corporation (Sinto America Group)
Build machines that power manufacturing across North America. At Roberts Sinto—part of Sinto America, the North American subsidiary of Sintokogio, Ltd.—you will transform engineered drawings into fully assembled industrial equipment supporting Foundry Mold and Core Making, Sand Processing, Bulk Material Handling, Automation, 3D Ceramic Printing, Surface Treatment, and Surface Technologies.
How you’ll make it happen
- Prepare the foundation: Position machine bases and stage sub‑assemblies for final assembly. Align with department space needs and production schedules; place bases per blueprints; move and set materials with cranes and related devices.
- Build with precision: Using hand tools and engineering drawings, unite sub‑assemblies into complete machines. Work directly with engineers to resolve issues as they appear.
- Prove performance: Troubleshoot at multiple assembly stages to uncover and correct unforeseen problems while following rigorous safety practices.
- Plumb the power: Assist with hydraulic system installation—bend piping and tubing, make hoses, identify fittings, and complete threading on black piping.
- Show and ship: Support Engineering and Sales during customer run‑offs with your assembly expertise; then disassemble equipment and load it onto trucks for shipment.
