Role focus
- Precisely install and align production equipment using layout plans, blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
- Rig, move, assemble machinery with hoists, dollies, rollers, lifts, and cranes; advanced rigging capability welcomed.
- Dial in tolerances on shafts, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and mechanical systems using micrometers, squares, optical tools, plumb bobs, and rules.
- Fasten and secure equipment by bolting, welding, riveting to foundations and structures.
- Machine as needed on lathes, mills, and other shop equipment to support builds and repairs.
- Troubleshoot & maintain mechanical systems; contribute to preventive maintenance.
- Lead with safety—recognize site hazards and comply with OSHA and company standards.
What you bring
- Pride in craftsmanship and problem-solving; comfortable working solo or with engineers, machinists, and fabricators.
- Physical ability for climbing, lifting, heights, and confined spaces; able to work in hot, cold, and outdoor environments.
- Read/write English; interpret mechanical drawings; basic computer and communication skills.
- Regular full-time 40-hour day availability; willing to work overtime/flexible hours when needed.
- Experience as a millwright, mechanic, or industrial installer is beneficial; senior tiers (L4–L5) require proven mastery.
Growth path
- Structured progression from L1 to L5 with training, hands-on learning, and increasing responsibility.
- Exposure to mills, plants, shops, fabrications, and field installs—no two projects are the same.
Pay & rewards
- Hourly: $27.00–$55.00 based on education and years of experience.
- Incentives: Eligible for our annual bonus plan and long term incentive plan.
