Industrial Drives, Motors & Rotating Equipment

Dynamatic LLC is seeking an Industrial Field Service Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot, and support industrial drive systems, motors, rotating equipment, and power electronic controls at customer facilities.

Location: Sturtevant, WI (On-Site)
Travel: Travel is typically 25–50%, depending on customer projects and installation schedules with occasional short-notice service calls when urgent customer support is required.

Solve Real Industrial Equipment Challenges

We're looking for someone with industrial field service, maintenance, commissioning, or troubleshooting experience who enjoys solving complex electrical and mechanical challenges while working directly with customers.

What You'll Do

  • Install, commission, and troubleshoot industrial drive systems, motors, rotating equipment, and power electronic controls
  • Perform startup support, operational testing, inspections, and system verification
  • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control system issues in industrial environments
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
  • Use diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and vibration analysis tools
  • Support root cause investigations and corrective actions
  • Train customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Prepare service reports and communicate findings to customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve product performance

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial field service, maintenance, commissioning, controls, rotating equipment, power generation, or related industrial environments
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with motors, drives, rotating equipment, industrial controls, or power electronic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Ability to work independently at customer sites
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
