We are seeking a skilled Facilities Systems Specialist to oversee and maintain our critical infrastructure systems. This role is responsible for the upkeep, inspection, and operation of various utility systems, including pressurized air networks, industrial water systems, and power distribution. The ideal candidate will ensure all equipment areas, utility rooms, and related spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain pressurized air networks, including regular upkeep, scheduling, and performance tracking

  • Oversee power distribution systems, conducting routine checks and maintaining operational records

  • Manage industrial and purified water systems, including maintenance tasks and data logging

  • Conduct filter replacements and maintain filtration equipment as per manufacturer specifications

  • Perform cleaning-in-place procedures for storage units, filtration systems, and supply lines

  • Ensure reliable water supply to production equipment and auxiliary systems through proper pump and pipe maintenance

  • Calibrate and maintain specialized equipment such as ozone generators and mineral infusion systems (where applicable)

  • Operate and maintain water treatment systems, including chemical dosing equipment

  • Support production team with equipment sanitization processes

  • Operate and maintain water purification systems, including reverse osmosis units

  • Manage climate control systems, including cooling towers, refrigeration units, and heat transfer equipment

  • Actively promote and contribute to workplace safety initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or related technical field

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead teams

  • Strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems

  • Basic knowledge of chemical and biological processes related to industrial applications

  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree in a relevant scientific field preferred

  • Experience with industrial cleaning and sanitation protocols is a plus
