Role snapshot
- Road-based field role servicing customer sites across the Kansas City area.
- Independently diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and related industrial machinery.
- Execute preventive maintenance and safety inspections with precision.
- Close work orders with thorough, on-time documentation and clear communication.
Core work
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Interpret and apply electrical/hydraulic schematics.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify root causes and verify repairs.
- Build strong customer relationships through reliability and follow-through.
Must-haves
- 2+ years hands-on experience with forklifts, material handling equipment, or similar industrial assets.
- Proficiency reading schematics and operating diagnostic equipment.
- Clean driving record; daily operation of a company-provided vehicle.
- Self-motivated, communicates effectively, thrives with minimal supervision.
