Join our manufacturing teams in Walton and Florence, KY to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery. We’re actively hiring on day shift, and we also have opportunities on 1st and 3rd shifts.
Where you’ll make an impact
- Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute PMs that reduce unplanned downtime
- Rapid Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Component Repair/Replace: Motors, sensors, gearboxes, valves, conveyors, pumps, and related machine components
- Operational Diagnostics: Observe equipment in operation to pinpoint root causes
- Mechanical Overhauls: Disassemble/reassemble equipment to restore performance
- Precision Setup: Install and adjust parts and attachments to spec
- Technical Interpretation: Read blueprints, schematics, and work orders
- Shop Machining: Set up and operate lathe, drill press, and grinders
- Documentation: Complete work orders, downtime reports, and all maintenance records
- Safety Leadership: Maintain clean work areas and follow LOTO and all safety procedures
- Project Support: Assist with equipment installations and machinery upgrades
- Inventory Control: Order parts and maintain an organized spare parts inventory
What you bring
- 3–5 years in industrial maintenance
- Experience with manufacturing/production equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical domains
- Background in hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and automation equipment
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints
- Experience with maintenance work orders or CMMS platforms
- Plus: Welding or fabrication skills
- Plus: PLC troubleshooting exposure
