What you’ll be responsible for

  • Assemble components and parts per detailed instructions; stay current on process or spec changes.
  • Interpret bills of materials, work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Operate hand, pneumatic, and power tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, presses); use cranes/hoists when necessary.
  • Perform specialized operations such as tube bending and soldering.
  • Meet or exceed production quotas; partner with teammates to streamline workflow.
  • Request materials; track inventory levels; escalate shortages quickly.
  • Inspect finished goods for conformance; complete ISO‑aligned quality checks; report defects; make/coordinate adjustments and repairs; test and troubleshoot assemblies.
  • Engage in skill‑building programs and monthly EHS training; follow all attendance and break policies.
  • Follow PPE requirements; report hazards; uphold 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain); adhere to a test PSI limit not exceeding 30,000.
  • Lift up to 35 lbs solo and 70 lbs with a partner; keep your area organized and clean.

Minimum qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of mechanical assembly experience or work within a fast‑paced organization.

Core physical and skill capabilities

  • Lifting: Up to 35 lbs; use a hoist for items over 40 lbs.
  • Standing: Up to three hours continuously.
  • Stooping: To lift items from pallets.
  • Hand dexterity: Tools, screws, gauges, and control buttons.
  • Verbal communication: Clear coordination with coworkers and supervision.
  • Carrying: 40 lbs up to 25 feet.

Preferred experience

  • Computer literacy (SSO login, JD Edwards, Microsoft Outlook).
  • Process‑driven, systematic work approach.
  • Experience with hand, pneumatic, and power tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, presses).
  • Ability to interpret BOMs, work instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings.

Travel and work arrangement

On‑site at Ivyland, PA; no travel required.
