Experience building engaged, accountable, high-performing teams
Understanding of controls engineering, PLCs, HMIs, system testing, and commissioning practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proven ability to solve problems, make decisions, and keep projects on track
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Experience with process improvement, Lean, or continuous improvement initiatives
Experience supporting field implementation or commissioning activities
Travel
Up to 50% travel depending on project and customer needs
