Role Overview
This is an in-office position supporting Logistics and Trade- onsite in Rochester, New York. Will be spending a small amount of time on manufacturing/warehouse floor.
The Industrial Engineer will lead the identification of issues and apply lean principles to implement operational improvements in WW Logistics and Foreign Trade organization. Use data to drive business decisions, make operational changes as it relates to Customer Orders, Inventory strategies, warehouse processes, transportation management. Work with other support organizations such as planning, purchasing, and customer service to drive improvements or implement new business practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent industrial engineering experience.
Knowledge of LEAN principles.
Project management experience.
Ability to multi-task and effectively manage own work priorities.

SAP, SAP Analytics for MS office, SharePoint, and Excel\MS Office experience.

Logistics physical distribution and shipping experience.
Customer Service, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Purchasing and/or Manufacturing experience.
Demonstrated formal and/or situational leadership skills.
