Job Responsibilities:
- Simulation for validation of recommended changes to current process
- Involved in Kaizen events with assisting in implementation for proposed improvements
- Assist in 5s activities to improve the workflow and environment of the employees
- Participate in launch projects
- Updates and maintains procedures and documents related to the Industrial Engineering position
- Review and validate standard work documentation
- Review and validate balance chart of lines
- Review and validate production capacity sheets
- Review and validate equipment contingency plans
- Comply and develop reporting for Industrial Engineering KPI's
- BS in Industrial Engineering or related field such as manufacturing or mechanical engineering, required.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment will be considered.
- Master's degree in engineering field a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills:
- Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
- Negotiation skills, planning, leadership skills
