We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer, Lean Manufacturing to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include analyzing and improving manufacturing processes, applying Lean tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping), conducting time studies, supporting NPI activities, and leading continuous improvement projects. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and monitoring KPIs are essential.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field, 3+ years of experience in automotive/manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing certification, and strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, VISIO, and Minitab is preferred.
Physical requirements involve travel (up to 10%), lifting up to 35 pounds, and extended standing.
