Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Industrial Engineer to join our client's team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing processes, systems, and equipment in order to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to analyze and improve processes and workflows
- Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Design and implement new processes, systems, and equipment to improve productivity
- Analyze production data and make recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure smooth implementation
- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate waste in processes
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Train and educate employees on new processes and procedures
- Monitor and track process improvements and report on key performance indicators
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in industrial engineering
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience with process mapping and time and motion studies
- Knowledge of engineering software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
