Process Excellence, Documentation & Operational Design
Strong technical writer with hands on experience documenting clear, practical lab processes and procedures. Demonstrated expertise in 5S, space planning, ergonomics, and structured problem solving, with a focus on designing simple, intuitive workflows that work in real lab environments and scale across teams.
Advanced Analytics, Automation & AI Enabled Solutions
Deep experience with data analytics, databases, and automation, including tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, QuickBase, SQL, Python (or similar). Ability to develop dashboards, workflows, and analytics, and apply AI enabled approaches to automate analysis, identify trends, and improve decision making across lab operations

Position is for Monday thru Friday. Hours can be 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm.
