Industrial Electrician – Manufacturing

 Manufacturing Facility | Maintenance Department
 Reports to: Maintenance Manager

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems

  • Work with Allen Bradley PLCs, clear faults, and assist with diagnostics

  • Program and troubleshoot VFD starters

  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and Ladder Logic

  • Ensure compliance with NEC standards, Arc Flash, and LOTO procedures

  • Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Mentor and train less-experienced maintenance team members

  • Lead or assist with electrical projects

 

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED (technical training/apprenticeship preferred)

  • 3+ years of industrial electrical experience preferred

  • Strong troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment

  • Working knowledge of PLC systems and VFD programming

  • Ability to read electrical prints and engineering diagrams

  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

 

Work Environment

  • Manufacturing floor (non-climate controlled, loud environment)

  • Must be able to stand, lift (25+ lbs), climb, bend, and wear required PPE
