Picture a typical week: you step onto a production floor, greet a maintenance lead, open a panel to trace a fault through an Allen‑Bradley controller, verify VFD parameters, realign a strapping head, and bring a critical line back to full speed. The next day, you commission a new unit—mechanical alignment, electrical verification, safety checks, and functional testing—then document every step and share recommendations for upgrades that will prevent downtime. When calls slow down, you proactively drop in at nearby customer facilities to assess wear components, evaluate reliability risks, and suggest parts or service packages. That blend of hands-on problem solving and consultative support is your wheelhouse.
This position requires extensive travel, typically three (3) weeks per month, primarily to customer sites throughout the United States and Canada. Travel frequently involves extended workdays and time away from home. The company will sponsor and apply for a U.S. work visa as required. Dual Canadian–U.S. citizenship is considered a strong asset. A valid driver’s license and passport are required.
Successful candidates will be required to complete a criminal record check as a condition of employment.
