Your mission: Be the connector between customers and a market leader in industrial separation.
At KELTEC, Inc.—a company with 40+ years of innovation and the largest air‑oil separator manufacturing footprint in North America—you’ll champion our customers’ success while fueling growth. If you’re bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-driven, and energized by both service and sales, this role is for you.
Imagine this
A long-time customer needs a rush shipment while a new prospect asks for a tailored presentation. You coordinate internally with production and shipping to confirm timelines, translate a quick guide for a Spanish-speaking technician, deliver a compelling virtual presentation, and log every step precisely—moving both relationships forward.
Outcomes you’ll own
- Responsive, bilingual support via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Accurate order entry, returns processing, and thorough documentation.
- Issue triage and resolution with thoughtful escalation where appropriate.
- Cross-functional coordination with production, shipping, and sales to hit delivery targets.
- Comprehensive records of interactions, transactions, and complaints.
- Translation of documents, policies, and procedures to support non‑English speakers.
- Market research to uncover leads; cold outreach to open doors; qualification of inbound leads to advance the funnel.
- Tailored sales presentations and diligent follow-ups to nurture opportunities.
- Relationship building with both new and established customers.
- Continuous product learning and collaboration with the product team on updates.
- Sales support across account management, order tracking, and post-sale follow‑through.
- Other duties as assigned.
Capabilities we value
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Customer service experience; industrial/manufacturing exposure preferred.
- Professional communication and strong interpersonal skills.
