RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Service and Manage Clients for health/life insurance
Assist agents in sales responsibilities for clients
Answer and return calls in a timely manner
Provide assistance as needed with research for products and services
Respond to direct requests for information and/or forward messages to appropriate staff
Maintain and update database
Provide administrative support to staff for copying, scanning and/or faxing
Create and update spreadsheets/run quotes and insert in spreadsheets
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested with a sense of team spirit
QUALIFICATIONS:
Louisiana Life & Health License preferred or willingness to become licensed.
Excellent organizational skills (oral and written) and the ability to excel at details, multi-tasking and working under pressure.
Minimum one year office administrative support experience is REQUIRED.
REQUIRED to have knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Must be timely and dependable
