Overview:

As an AHS Field Producer, also known as a Benefits Consultant, at Arthur J. Gallagher, you will manage and nurture client relationships and ensure the delivery of exceptional insurance and risk management services. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring that client needs are met with tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.

How you'll make an impact:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
    • Lead a diverse portfolio of clients across IFP and Medicare. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service with corporate logos.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.
    • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their insurance programs and address any concerns.
    • Conduct individual enrollments from referrals and assist clients as needed.
  • Account Management:
    • Oversee the management of client accounts, ensuring all services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance and operations to ensure campaign rollout and comprehensive service delivery.
    • Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance and service delivery metrics.
    • Identify opportunities for account growth and new business within existing accounts. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.

  • Project Management:
    • Analyze client needs and develop customized solutions.
    • Oversee client projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This may include on-boarding of new prospects as well.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to provide clients with informed advice.
    • Organize and plan the enrollment process for client accounts.
    • Schedule and conduct regular client meetings, including presentations and business reviews.
    • Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Advocate for clients within the organization to ensure their needs are prioritized.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
    • Support new business development initiatives by participating in client presentations and proposal development.
About you:

Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required. License required.
Preferred:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Analytical skills to assess client needs and develop appropriate solutions
    • Comprehensive understanding of insurance products and risk management strategies.
    • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, or CIC are preferred.
    • Client-focused, proactive problem solver, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Compensation and benefits:

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
