The Manager - U.S. Indirect Tax Audits, Controversy & Special Projects oversees and coordinates indirect tax audit and controversy activities across multiple jurisdictions and segments. They act as the primary liaison with external advisors, ensuring efficient, accurate, and risk-aligned resolution of audits and disputes.
Key responsibilities include managing audit processes, directing external advisors, enhancing internal controls, driving process automation, monitoring legislative changes, and developing standardized procedures and reporting.
Qualifications involve 7+ years of tax experience focused on U.S. indirect taxes, strong knowledge of relevant laws, experience with tax systems (e.g., Vertex, SAP), and excellent analytical and communication skills.
