Role: Are you an entrepreneurial-minded sales professional ready to grow your income by expanding a proven B2B offering nationwide? College Products is seeking an independent sales representative to drive new business development with universities and student housing partners across a defined territory.

In this commission-only role, you’ll operate as an independent sales contractor responsible for prospecting, outreach, and relationship building. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule and approach while tapping into a strong product line, proven value proposition, and operational support from our team.

As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our outreach efforts. You’ll play a key role in generating new business through outreach and professional persistence. With your energy and proactive approach, you’ll help us bring our solutions to new campuses while building a rewarding career in sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound outreach to university and student housing decision-makers through phone, email, and other channels.
  • Actively work accounts, and maintain a punctual and accurate pipeline of customers to ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Use our database and CRM to track progress with prospects.
  • Nurture leads into active opportunities and move them through the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Experience selling in the higher education market
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required if the candidate has proven experience as a sales representative.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfort using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and digital prospecting tools.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a high-activity sales environment.

Compensation

  • Average On Target Earnings $85,000+, with significant upside based on performance
