Purpose: The Independent Living Coordinator monitors the overall functioning of the Independent Living Program. The coordinator supports youth and young adults in developing the skills, resources, and confidence needed to successfully transition to independent living through working collaboratively with the Independent Living Case Manager to plan, coordinate, and implement services for identified clients on their caseload.
