Responsibilities

As a Licensed Insurance Agent with Vireya Insurance, you will:

  • Quote and close personal lines business, including auto, home, and related coverage
  • Manage your pipeline from first contact through renewal
  • Follow up consistently and keep business moving
  • Build client relationships that lead to retention and referrals
  • Grow your book through cross-sell and account development
  • Operate within carrier and compliance guidelines using defined workflows and support tools

Requirements

We are looking for experienced personal lines agents who:

  • Hold an active P&C license in FL, GA, SC, AL, TN, or OH (resident or non-resident)
  • Have real personal lines sales experience and a proven track record
  • Can manage their own activity, pipeline, and follow-up without being prompted
  • Are comfortable working in digital systems for quoting, communication, and client management
  • Have a strong sense of ownership and put clients first in every interaction
  • Can self-source leads and build them into long-term relationships
  • Want real support and better systems but have no interest in being micromanaged
