The Inclusive Procurement Coordinator supports the City's inclusive procurement and disparity reduction initiatives. This role will focus on strengthening vendor outreach through targeted training and education, increasing access to contract opportunities, and establishing measurable metrics to track overall progress. Additionally, this position will assist individual City departments by providing guidance on procurement processes and with their disparity initiatives, evaluate existing procurement practices and identify opportunities to improve equitable access to city contracting opportunities, and provide accurate, timely reports directly to City Council. This position drives meaningful change by promoting fair and equitable access to City contracting opportunities for all vendors.
