We are currently looking for an Incentive Processing Analyst in the Orlando, FL area. This is a hybrid role.

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Incentive Compensation Analyst to support the accurate and timely calculation of incentive compensation payouts. This role is responsible for collecting and validating performance data, executing compensation calculations, and supporting reporting and audit processes. The ideal candidate will be a strong problem-solver with a passion for data integrity and operational excellence.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compensation Calculation & Execution

  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive compensation calculations based on approved plan rules and performance data.
  • Validate data inputs and ensure accuracy in all calculations and payout files.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing of payments.
Data Management & Quality Control
  • Collect and organize data from multiple sources, including CRM systems, sales reports, and HR databases.
  • Conduct data audits and reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of calculation logic, data sources, and exception handling.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Generate standard and ad hoc reports on compensation performance, payout trends, and plan compliance.
  • Support the preparation of dashboards and summaries for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in identifying data anomalies and trends that may impact compensation accuracy or fairness.
Cross-Functional Support
  • Work closely with Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and Payroll to ensure alignment on compensation timelines and data requirements.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees and managers regarding compensation calculations and statements.
  • Participate in system testing and process improvement initiatives as needed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1 3 years of experience in compensation, financial analysis, or data operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
  • Familiarity with compensation tools (e.g., Xactly, Varicent, Anaplan) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing data reconciliations.
  • Understanding of incentive compensation principles and plan structures.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance and audit requirements related to compensation.
