About the Sales Development Representative:
MarketStar is looking for a Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our newest client. Your role as an Inbound SDR will be to engage with prospects, help them understand the value of the platform, and move them forward in the sales process by providing qualified leads to internal sales teams. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in building the brand, creating a great first impression, and building momentum for Inside Sales Reps and the company.

US Hourly: Compensation Range: $40,000 - $43,000 USD
The hourly pay for this position is between $19.23. This pay structure may also include a variable bonus component of $5,000 annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
