We provide quality resources in four specialty areas: Information Technology (IT), Clinical Research, Rehabilitation Therapy and Nursing.This position is with my direct clientJob DescriptionOur Client is looking for "In-Vitro Pharmacologist" with knowledge of "High Throughput Screening" and "Assay Development"Job Summary-· The Primary Pharmacology Group is actively supporting Cystic Fibrosis projects in developing assays, running subset screens, and external data management.· Job responsibilities include performing routine tasks associated directly with the Cystic Fibrosis projects or indirectly in a capacity easing role to support these projects.· The successful candidate will join a team of scientists focused on assay development and execution of primary and secondary plate-based assays for multiple therapeutic areas.QualificationsQualification-· Applicants must have demonstrated experience with de-novo assay development, optimization, and in vitro screening experience across a range of biochemical and cell-based functional formats as well as cell culture expertise.· Experience with high-throughput screening techniques is advantageous and comfort with relevant software tools such as ABase, Spotfire and GraphPad Prism is preferred.· The successful candidate will be excited by a role with high demands and should possess strong collaborative and communication skills.· He/she should be adept at multi-tasking, integrating biology concepts from group discussions and the literature, and comfortable working in a team environment.· 4-7 years of experience in Assays studies· Experience in High Throughput Screening and plate based assay
