Specific Responsibilities • Providing delivery services of food and beverage items to guests while ensuring the highest possible guest satisfaction. • Ensuring appearance of food and beverages are being served within standards. • Accommodating guests special requests and concerns. • Maintaining complete working knowledge of proper serving etiquette and guest relation expectations, guest check procedures, correct maintenance and use of all equipment, department and resort offerings, all company policies and procedures, and safety practices. • Department and resort-specific procedures, i.e., amenities, timelines for delivery, table retrieval, hall sweeps.
This is a Part-Time position working shifts between 5:30am to 10:00pm, weekdays and weekends.
