With competitive pay ranging from $61,500-$76.960 annually, you will be rewarded for your dedication and expertise.

A Typical Shift
Your day is spent onsite in Woodbury, MN, moving between quick huddles, reviewing dashboards and exception reports, and checking in with clinic partners to keep the IOD program aligned. You'll scan for process bottlenecks, respond to time-sensitive questions, and turn updates into practical guidance the team can use. Expect focused documentation time for audits and readiness work, plus scheduled touchpoints to share trends and next steps. The rhythm is steady and weekday-based-Monday through Friday, with no nights, weekends, or holidays-so you can plan your life while staying close to patient care.
